Connect Team’s time clock: How to set up and manage limitations
A fundamental element when working with Connect Team is the possibility of assigning a clock for team tasks. Indeed, it is a very practical way to manage the activities of your team members. To manage the workflow during work, we can add constraints to these clocks. Without further ado, let's see how to do it. The first thing you have to do is to go to the application dashboard. From there you will see the list of assigned clocks. Consequently, the first thing you have to do is to click on Settings.
As a result, a new window appears with all the options related to the clocks. Please go to the left column, scroll down to the bottom and click on Limitations.
As a result of this action, all available options for limiting the schedule are displayed. The first one is to set the clock to limitation. With this option selected, you can limit the clock of the members according to their scheduled shifts. Please look at the following image.
If you continue to scroll down, you will see a section where you can customize the limitations. That is, you can choose specific clock days. In this way, select a start and end time for all users. Consequently, no one will be able to clock in too early or too late. They will not even be able to clock in on the wrong days.
