The speed of this platform lets you communicate seamlessly with co-workers and other admins, it has helpful functions like chat history search, It quickly integrated with different platforms.

How did your team benefit the most?:
It is quick to surfe between different chat groups and personal chats there is a search bar so you can search for any member by typing their names.
One Major Feature That You Benefited From:
Not a common but interesting feature I found is the analytics it is a unique way to understand how your team members communicate with each other, and the data it shows you can use to seek what time and day are more responsive.
How difficult is it to get started?:
I am pretty impressed with its modern interface, and the best part is that, depending on your brand, it is customizable. Navigation also is simple have fewer roadblocks.
One thing or feature you would improve:
File size restriction is frustrating so please increase the allowed limit of files and docs for sharing in the team chat.

Nice tool for enhancing customer experience

This is quite an effective solution for enhancing customer experience via chat communication and it is automated which helps eliminate human efforts and increases the communication rate.

How did your team benefit the most?:
First of all, we reduced our bounce rate and increased lead generation significantly. Coming to its technicality, we had several functions to add in our chat, like triggers, wait time, queuing, and much more basically, the chat can replace any human sales or customer support.
One Major Feature That You Benefited From:
We have used Rocket chat live chatbot function on our platform for some time now, and we now leave no visitor bounce off from our site without sharing their requirements, it has brought the next level of convenience in our customer chat process. Impressive to notice that customers can communicate in various formats and share all types of docs and content.
How difficult is it to get started?:
Friendly interface I would say it was very easy to add a chat widget in our site code didn't have any such trouble doing that.

Hard to compete with Slack but this is pretty close. If you don't like Slack then this is the app for you, after trying both my team is still using Slack...
