However, now we are going to see how to enhance its capabilities. In fact, we are going to learn how to rename lists in tasks. How? Actually, these lists come with default values: To do, Doing, and Done. Certainly, these names are very useful for most projects and situations. But what to do if we want to customize them. That is to say, add changes that adapt to our specific projects. Let's see how to do it. The first thing you need to do is go to your Rock Dashboard. Once there, just click on Edit lists.
As a result, the list with the values expressed above is displayed.
If you want to modify a value, just click on it.
When doing so, the box where we will write the new value is displayed. You only have to modify it to your liking. When you are ready, press the Save button.
Keep in mind that you can also change the color of the value. In this way, you favor the organization of the workflow. With this in mind, just click on the color palette below the text.
When you are ready, click on Save.
If you want to add more values, just click on Add New.
Consequently, a box will be displayed to fill in with the new value.
