Easy to use meeting booking tool

Feature wise it is well equipped, like it lets you customised booking page to look more professional to clients.

It is easy to customise according to your needs and is also flexible.

Tool is simple and streamlined we schedule client meeting, inteam messaging and so far it has worked great.

How difficult is it to get started?:

It has a very direct UI that is easy to understand.

One thing or feature you would improve:

Please work on its loading speed we don't want our clients to face lagging issues while booking time slots.

Compared to Calendly i think this app offers couple more options take for example it's automated reminder features.

Any single person can use it you don't really need a team for this one.

Overall great tool for all scheduling purposes it's detailed nuances like auto adjust time zones give it a professional and modern feel to it.

How difficult is it to get started?:

I like it's simplicity not at all complicated.

One thing or feature you would improve:

Initial settings takes some time to set up I also felt it's somewhat of a technical tool.

Constantly following up and sending meeting reminders was a frustration that Acuity Scheduling resolved for us.

Any video platform can be integrated that way even if your client prefers some other tool you can still invite them great for creating impression on them.

How difficult is it to get started?:

Pastel colors used in the interface appear elegant, talking about navigating within the platform, that too i think was 8/10.

Genuinely a productive tool to have.

Please give this a fancy British accent so I can feel cool. Seriously this is the coolest software ever - legit it's like a little AI that improves your scheduling/calendar etc. One note: Pay attention to it. People can schedule time with you and your assistant can just book these, no matter who it is.

This site came up for finding alternatives to Calendly and I could not be happier. This software is far more advanced and whereas I am not thrilled paying $23/month, I may be saving $3000/month but not having to hire an out-of-college assistant to do all my scheduling.
