Error and was not able to test it

I was very excited at the idea of using this app. Unfortunately when I tried it, all it did was give me a blank screen. I tried for about a day before I returned to my laptop to finish my work. I contacted tech support and they told me that there had been a cookie problem that caused the problem but I couldn't seem to fix it. No idea if this is any good!
