FreshBooks is a small business invoicing and accounting service. Users can send and manage invoices, track billable hours, and collect online payments using the FreshBooks service. The vendor's value proposition is that their technology offers a simple service that makes the billing process easier. It offers multiple services including Expense management, time tracking, project tracking, reporting, accounting and more.

It's ok but not the best

It was good in what it offered but to say it a complete accounting platform I won't.

How did your team benefit the most?:

Its admin panel made it easy to insert and track a lot of accounting activities like expenses, reimbursement all this was shown in a clean dashboard.

One Major Feature That You Benefited From:

The invoicing was well done with the customisation, automatic reminders, other payment options so it was easy to submit invoice to clients.

How difficult is it to get started?:

It didn't have too high of a learning curve so it will point in here but it lagged often which was quite frustrating to feed in data again and again.

One thing or feature you would improve:

Beside bring pricy for what features it offers the existing ones are just ok
