Best documents drafting tool, with minimal writing anyone can create customized documents in minutes.

Unlike other PDF editor this one gives you the option to add some design elements in the document.

One Major Feature That You Benefited From:

Document editor is the best, I can just drag and drop premade section from the menu bar.

How difficult is it to get started?:

It is in some way similar to word and doc just the difference in this one is its drag and drop functions.

One thing or feature you would improve:

Can't live edit a shared document in case of any changes, have to create it again.

We now create proposals much faster I guess it's the editor interface which is actually very simple and interesting to use.

Standout benefit for our team would be that the overall process of writing proposals, spending time in adding design to them, and then sending them got much easier with this platform.

One Major Feature That You Benefited From:

If you don't to manually add data into proposals, you also have the option to automatically add prospect detail straight from your CRM this was helpful. WIll say it has some advanced features like its real time document activity, which you can see in real time when someone opens your doc and interacts with it.

How difficult is it to get started?:

They gave us detailed demos of their features which I liked and from there we took over and began using so far we are enjoying using it.

Creating and customizing contracts made easy with PandaDoc

For quicker contract development we have used templates that increased our pace of deploying contracts to employees, new clients, and to other higher authority members.

It is appreciable that it allows multiple users to work on the same document simultaneously it does help eliminates back and forth.

One Major Feature That You Benefited From:

I didn't have to again and again write clauses for each contract, it has an option that lets you choose from prefilled clauses and add them to the new contract this can save some time.

How difficult is it to get started?:

Like how its interface is built, all edit options are easily accessible on the right menu bar... for our clients and worker, so it was easy to sign docs and edit and customize them to match the company identity.

Too few payment integration options.
