Much more advanced than many other email marketing platforms results wise it's working for us.

How did your team benefit the most?:

This tool has got us automation in our marketing strategy and has allowed us time to work on optimizing it.

One Major Feature That You Benefited From:

One major feature of ActiveCampaign would be drip campaigns set up we basically designed drip campaigns with automated time based triggers to consistently send email.

How difficult is it to get started?:

Have only used for email marketing so can talk about that only to that we didn't really faced any difficulty as such it's just that sometimes it takes some time to learn how to use one feature.

One thing or feature you would improve:

Its email editor is less responsive. At times I lose what I've designed because it freezes.

There are different features for putting your business and marketing on automation.

How did your team benefit the most?:

One thing we have done is used it's tracking option to track campaign engagement, we didn't really have this option in the previous tool we're using.

One Major Feature That You Benefited From:

Love the extent of in mail message customization that is possible with ActiveCampaign, it helps you to draft precise communication to your email contacts.

How difficult is it to get started?:

Any non tech or marketing person can use this app it's that simple to understand.

One thing or feature you would improve:

Nothing to improve but I feel it's primarily a marketing automation platform with some CRM functions but surely it's not a complete CRM.

Email marketing plus CRM plus automation everything is there in this platform but we use it for automation and email marketing.

To reach final campaign development it requires a lot of testing A/b testing the same is doable in it.

I think in terms of learn about audience it helps a lot with its predictive capabilities.

How difficult is it to get started?:

Very modern looking user interface I noticed firstly, clean and simple to navigate not at all difficult to learn it's functions.
