Great for marketing automation

We've been using the software since a while now when they used to be called ConvertFox. The team has really worked hard and added a host of features to make Gist a powerful marketing software now. Some of the best features include email visitor action tracking, email automation, bots, broadcast emails among a host of other features. It gets overwhelming some times to keep up with the new features and to implement them.

We are a small online business and have had a great experience with Gist thus far. It has been a great tool for our marketing and customer support functions. The Gist team keeps making efforts to improve the tool's functionality and adding new features. Also, the support experience has been excellent. However, there's a learning curve with the initial set up and understanding the workflow.

Pricing needs to be clear

Our team had to apply and test multiple plans and check which one would fit the best. Their sales spock wasn't much helpful and the support team could only apply knowledge of one particulare plan at a time, making it tedious and more of a try and test scenario untill we the right fit. Gist as a marketing automation tool works well and is packed with all the right features like integrating well with WooCommerece, FB retargeting, lead generation and lead nurturing.
