On surface level this comes out as one of the best CRM that we've used to manage and secure business deal and for other purposes also like for marketing automation.

How did your team benefit the most?:
I guess best part of it is the deal progress part where it shows you at what stage of closing is the prospect at and pushes the deal ahead.
One Major Feature That You Benefited From:
We've been working on improving our upselling strategy for quite some time and were unable to do so it was after we started working with Zoho CRM that we saw some growth in upselling to business.
How difficult is it to get started?:
The resources section does help in getting familiar with the features on this tool.

Pricing could be more flexible.

I use Zoho CRM for generating and closing leads and its great

I think there is nothing missing from the thing tool, especially if you want to drive high quality leads conveniently, it helps you do so and does way more than just lead generation. We managed and closed leads in a very effective way. We could also see stats and analyze our process.

How did your team benefit the most?:
Our team did a great job in keeping reducing the bounce rate, they utilized the form and live chat feature, which allowed us to hold cold users from bouncing off from our site and communicating with us about their requirements.
One Major Feature That You Benefited From:
It's the Zia enrichment feature that helped us in extracting further details about the leads we captured. It did get us additional information on leads, and it did it ethically. This helped us personalize our approach for each lead before we go and reach out to them.
How difficult is it to get started?:
I liked it was not that difficult, at least that what we experience as our primary goal with using Zoho CRM was to generate, nurture, manage and close leads and the platform was well designed for this.

Very much relaxed after bringing Zoho CRM into the organization, it is one giant and powerful CRM with lots of options for integration. I like it has everything from marketing automation to analytics that reports data in the dashboard.

How did your team benefit the most?:
My team had a great experience using Zoho CRM for lead nurturing, and the process is detailed with each step, and you have several functionalities that let you distribute and process leads in the best possible way.
One Major Feature That You Benefited From:
I have to say Zoho CRM is one of the best tools for all your omnichannel operations, be it communication with prospects and leads or using it to market your brand. All social channels, along with conventional channels like emails, are shown in the dashboard, so it is easy to analyze campaign performance.
How difficult is it to get started?:
Even though it's a complete tool for lead generation with dozens of features, somehow it made me feel confused in starting as to from which point I began but overtime me and, my team, and I learned its features.
One thing or feature you would improve:
Too many features on one screen, and sometimes scrolling and a vast interface feel tiring.

Zoho feels stuck in the past and the UI is very clunky. Looks like they got their core users 10 years ago and are too afraid to update things.
