Accessbility of this platform is great as our employees can access it from their smartphone when not in office. Invoice creation is easy, I could also access previous invoice history, very efficient tool for productive expense management

How did your team benefit the most?:
Managing expense history now requires very minimum effort, team can easily access each employee's expense history and can also see a detailed report of the same.
One Major Feature That You Benefited From:
It has made tracking every single expense extremely convenient, limits are simple to assign, and with single click approval the process of setting an allowance for each employee is now quicker.
How difficult is it to get started?:
Interface on both systems feels smooth, with no unnecessary distractions, navigation is also very clean and doesn't require too much practice to learn creating receipts and invoices.
One thing or feature you would improve:
Only PDF format works in the system, for word doc, we had to convert it into PDF first.

At least in our organization employee's expense is now way more practical and less stress full. The card system also solved one major issue which was once all our employees would have to wait for next month, but not now.

How did your team benefit the most?:
Tacking online and offline expenses became much easier, so now employees don't have to report each time to maintain their profile. It can be done within the platform.
One Major Feature That You Benefited From:
Anytime our employees got stuck in a situation with no online or card available as a payment option, they took a screenshot via mobile app, and it automatically added it to their expense. Such a cool and helpful feature.
How difficult is it to get started?:
It was easy to learn its functionalities, but employees required 2-3 sessions to get used to it. The dashboard is modern and clean.
One thing or feature you would improve:
Will have to wait for some time to notice any change required, at the moment it is all good.

Spendesk is simple to understand, thanks to their YouTube videos.

Spendesk did a great job in enabling automation into our employee's corporate expenses process. Before Spendesk, sheets/excel were the primary platforms we used to track and maintain day-to-day expenses. Though sheets in themselves are sufficient to carry out such tasks, it requires a skilled professional to get the job done. It wasn't the case with Spendesk, took a couple of days for our finance team to understand how to operate it.

How did your team benefit the most?:
Our finance department saw a noteworthy shift from the laborious manual task of employee reimbursement to now being automated with the help of Spendesk. What used to be a time-consuming back-and-forth process finally got simpler and less chaotic. Receipt and invoice collection became easy.
One Major Feature That You Benefited From:
Employees also had the option to take a snapshot of bills or receipts with the app and it automatically gets added to the card. It helped our employees in places where card payment wasn't an option.
How difficult is it to get started?:
We found the Spendesk YouTube channel, where they have shown hot get started with it and set it up. With the help of these videos, we learned how to use it.
One thing or feature you would improve:
Most of the time, it was super easy to use the card, but there were a few vendors where the payment failed to process. It would be great if this gets fixed.
