How did your team benefit the most?:
The platform benefited in increasing customer engagement, no customer is left untouched with the automated message sequences we could keep users with us for longer.
One Major Feature That You Benefited From:
Many communication tool doesn't offer design aspect but Freshchat does it made it super simple to design messages that are interactive and not boring.
How difficult is it to get started?:
If you've used Freshdesk product before Thad be great if you're new in Freshdesk ecosystem and using Freshchat you will face confusion initially.
One thing or feature you would improve:
Still getting used to it will give it some more time to see any roadblocks

Love this one for its functionality that allows us to reach to our customers on all channels and communicate to them on scale.
One Major Feature That You Benefited From:
Simple but important ability of freshchat is it's multilingual support in today's day communicating with customers in their language can really impress them.
How difficult is it to get started?:
If you use it you'll notice its comprehensive and clean dashboard Interface with a super narrow left menu bar, it feels great using it.
One thing or feature you would improve:
Over-all outstanding only flaw it lags and sometimes even freezes in between use could be it's heavy configuration size.

Good chat bot tool if you're already using the Freshdesk suite

Freshchat is really intuitive and easy to use. It also integrates into your Freshdesk dashboard seamlessly and helps convert chats into tickets. However, the features that it offers are quite basic and there are better options out there. It makes sense to use the tool if you're already using their parent company's other products.

Easy to debug

As a developer using Javascript its simple to and easy to debug send messages. I use both Android and iOS platforms and it is easy to integrate SDK's with them. The down side to this is their User Interface feels outdated and shabby. But then again I use a suite of Freshwork products some are good and some just lack the edge.
